Fitzwilliam Town Library Board of Trustees

Present: Robin Marra, Dick Goettle, Beth Lorenz, Trish Toomey and Library Director Kate Thomas.
Robin Marra called the meeting to order at 5:45 PM in the Quick Meeting Room of the Library.
Robin briefed the Trustees as to what had transpired at the October 24th meeting; Dick provided further information regarding the revised bid submitted by The Melanson Company. Their representative recommends that if the posts are to be free-standing, then they should be anchored to the building itself and not just the siding.
Trish Toomey motions that the Trustees accept the bid by The Melanson Company with the admonition that there be “no holes in the roof” (i.e., no penetration of the PVC membrane). Motion seconded by Beth Lorenz and approved by all the Trustees.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 5:55 PM.
