Minutes of the Meeting

Fitzwilliam Town Library Board of Trustees

18 January, 2022

Present:  Trustees Robin Marra, Beth Lorenz and Pam Troccia.  Also in attendance were Alternate Trustee Cathie Talbert and Library Director Kate Thomas.

Robin Marra called the meeting to order at 5:45 in the Quick Meeting Room of the Library and asked for a motion to accept the resignation of Trustee Matthew Buonomono.  Beth Lorenz made a motion to accept the resignation of Matthew Buonomano and it was seconded by Cathie Talbert.  The motion was approved by all Trustees in attendance.

A motion was made by Cathie Talbert to adjourn the meeting at 5:46 p.m. and seconded by Beth Lorenz.  The motion was approved by all Trustees present.
